Today, Cumberland County Schools (CCS) Superintendent Dr. Eric C. Bracy announced several principal and administrative transfers for the 2026-2027 school year.
The following leaders will begin new assignments for the upcoming school year:
Dr. Ayanna Richard will serve as principal of A.B. Wilkins High School. She most recently served as executive director for Exceptional Children's Services.

Brooke Griffie will serve as principal of Mac Williams Middle School. She most recently served as principal at Beaver Dam Elementary School.

Ebony Johnson will serve as principal of W.T. Brown Elementary School. She most recently served as principal of Manchester Elementary School.

Dr. Shanessa Fenner will serve as principal of Walker-Spivey Elementary School. She most recently served as principal at W.T. Brown Elementary School.

Rachael Robinson will serve as an assessment consultant for Data and Accountability. She most recently served as principal at Walker-Spivey Elementary School.

Brenda Ware-McAllister will serve as Title IX coordinator for Human Resources. She most recently served as principal at College Lakes Elementary School.

Constance Thomas will serve as Advanced Teacher Roles (ATR) coordinator for Academic Services. She most recently served as principal at J.W. Coon Elementary School.

“These administrative transfers reflect our continued focus on aligning experienced leaders with the needs of our schools and departments,” said Dr. Bracy. “Each of these leaders brings valuable experience to their new assignments, and we look forward to their continued service in support of students, staff, families and the community.”
These personnel actions are being made under the superintendent’s transfer authority and do not require approval by the Cumberland County Board of Education.
