As a leader, she is dependable and proactive, stepping in wherever needed and handling every responsibility with excellence, even during periods of significant staffing challenges.
Despite ongoing shortages throughout the school year, Scott remained a steady and positive force, helping guide the team through demanding circumstances. Now, as staffing levels improve, she is playing a key role in training and mentoring new team members, helping to rebuild and strengthen the cafeteria team.
Johnson shared that Scott’s leadership, patience and unwavering work ethic continue to set the standard for those around her. The honoree's ability to inspire others and her commitment to excellence make her truly deserving of the Extra Mile Award.
