Strategic Plan Focus Group Sessions
Cumberland County Schools (CCS) invites families to join focus group sessions as the district develops it 2026–2031 strategic plan. These sessions will give caregivers a chance to share ideas and help shape the future of our schools. One-hour evening focus groups will be held from 6 to 7 p.m., at high schools across the district throughout January and February. New Year Hiring Event 'Serving Up' New Careers!
CCS Child Nutrition Services is 'serving up' new career opportunities in the new year! We’re hiring Assistant Managers and Food Service Assistants, starting at $15 per hour with great benefits, e.g., health and dental insurance, paid leave and holidays, retirement and 401K, etc. The hiring event happens Thursday, January 15, and Friday, January 16, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. on the campus of Fayetteville Technical Community College in the Tony Rand Student Center's Multi-Purpose Room. Be Strong Families Parent Café in January
CCS families are invited to join monthly Be Strong Families Parent Cafés—a welcoming space where parents and caregivers of all ages can connect, share experiences and talk about what matters most. These guided small-group conversations offer support, reflection and real-life learning from one another. The first Café is on Thursday, January 15, from 12 until 2 p.m. at the Fayetteville Metropolitan Housing Authority, located at 229 Lincoln Drive. Space is limited. In observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, all Cumberland County schools and offices will be closed on Monday, January 19.

Café para Padres Be Strong Families en enero

CCS conmemora el Día de MLK
