CCS to Host 2025 Consolidated College Fair – Sept. 29
Cumberland County Schools (CCS), in partnership with the Carolinas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (CACRAO), will host the annual Consolidated College Fair on Monday, Sept. 29, at the Crown Expo Center. The fair is open to the public from 5:30–7 p.m., giving students and families the chance to meet with admissions representatives from more than 60 colleges and universities. Fort Bragg Military Academies Fair
High school students interested in attending a US Service Academy, Junior or Senior Military College or Cadet Commands (ROTC) can speak with representatives during the Fort Bragg Military Academies Fair on Monday, Sept. 29, at the Soldier Family Readiness Group Center, located in BLDG 236, Interceptor Street, Fort Bragg, NC 28308. 'Bracy on Board' & the CCS Cruiser Debut
Cumberland County Schools (CCS) is launching its new Family and Community Engagement Cruiser, a bus designed to deliver district resources and information directly into neighborhoods across the county. It is being officially debuted this month during Bracy on Board: A Listening and Learning Journey, a series of community events led by Superintendent Dr. Eric Bracy.
The bus, a mobile hub for information and support, will stop at schools and neighborhoods across Cumberland County to provide families with easier access to district services. Dr. Bracy is joining the first two events to meet with community members face-to-face, listen to their hopes for the future of CCS and gather input as the district and its stakeholders work together to shape the next strategic plan.
The community is invited to wear their school's colors and attend the last of the events on Tuesday, Sept. 30, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Pine Forest High School, 525 Andrews Road, Fayetteville, NC 28311.
The event, which is free and open to the public, will feature refreshments, music, informational booths and giveaways, including Walmart gift cards (while supplies last).
“These events are about listening, learning and celebrating together,” said Dr. Bracy. “We are committed to working hand-in-hand with families, staff and community partners to make Cumberland County Schools the best school system in the state.”

Los estudiantes de escuela superior interesados en asistir a una Academia de Servicio de EE. UU., Colegio Militar Junior o Senior o Comandos de Cadetes (ROTC) podrán hablar con representantes durante la Feria de Academias Militares de Fort Bragg, el lunes, 29 de septiembre, en el Soldier Family Readiness Group Center, ubicado en el Edificio 236, Interceptor Street, Fort Bragg, NC 28308.

‘Bracy on Board’ y el Lanzamiento del CCS Cruiser
Las Escuelas del Condado de Cumberland (CCS) están lanzando su nuevo Family and Community Engagement Cruiser, un autobús diseñado para llevar recursos e información del distrito directamente a los vecindarios de todo el condado. Se presentará oficialmente este mes durante “Bracy on Board: A Listening and Learning Journey”, una serie de eventos comunitarios dirigidos por el Superintendente Dr. Eric Bracy.
El autobús, un centro móvil de información y apoyo, visitará escuelas y comunidades en todo el condado para ofrecer a las familias un acceso más fácil a los servicios del distrito.
