PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. 143-318.12, the Cumberland County Board of Education will hold a special meeting beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, in the Boardroom of the Cumberland County Central Services Building located at 2465 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC 28306. The purposes of the meeting are (1) to allow the Board to meet in closed session to consider confidential personnel matters pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. 143-318.11 (a)(1) and (a)(6) and N. C. Gen. Stat. 115C-319, and to consult with its attorney pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. 143-318.11 (a)(3), and (2), to consider election of an administrator and approval of the terms of a related administrative contract.

This meeting will not be live-streamed, however, it is open to the public.
