Bio:
Michelle Meade is honored to serve as the Family Ambassador for Westover High School. A licensed Property Claims Adjuster and Real Estate Agent, she brings a strong professional background in supporting families through important milestones and transitions. Mrs. Meade has a long-standing connection to Westover High School—her two daughters are proud graduates, and her son is currently a 10th-grade student. She is passionate about fostering meaningful partnerships between families, students, and the school community, ensuring that every family feels welcomed, informed, and engaged in their student’s educational journey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts, including knitting blanks, macramé, and stained glass art.
What inspired you to become a Family Ambassador?
I was inspired to become a Family Ambassador because of my deep connection to Westover High School and my passion for supporting families. With two daughters who are graduates and a son currently attending, I understand firsthand the importance of strong communication and collaboration between the school and families. I want to help ensure that every parent feels welcomed, informed, and empowered to be an active part of their child’s educational journey.
What are you most excited about in this role?
I am most excited about the opportunity to build meaningful connections between families, students, and the school community. I look forward to supporting parents in navigating their child’s educational journey, sharing resources, and fostering an environment where every family feels welcomed, informed, and engaged. Being able to make a positive impact on students’ experiences and contribute to their success is truly rewarding.

I regularly inspect roofs as part of my work as a licensed Property Claims Adjuster, which gives me a unique perspective on home maintenance.
What's one thing you love about being involved with your school community?
One thing I love about being involved with my school community is the opportunity to connect with families and help them feel supported and empowered in their child’s education. It’s incredibly rewarding to see students thrive when families and the school work together as a team.
