Name: DeAnna Hinton Email: sfcms@ccsambassador.com

Bio:
I’m DeAnna Hinton. I’m a proud U.S. Army veteran, having served as a Chemical Officer for eight years. I earned my B.S. in Biology from Benedict College and later completed a Master’s in Environmental Management. After my time in the Army, I worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep for Pfizer, Inc., before focusing more on my family.

I’m married and have a middle schooler who keeps me on my toes! I’m passionate about advocating for and helping others, which is what led me to volunteer for this position. In my free time, I love going to the movies and enjoying time with my family.

What inspired you to become a Family Ambassador?

I was inspired to volunteer for this position because I bring a strong background in problem-solving, planning, and collaborating with people from all walks of life to achieve meaningful, team-oriented results. I am outspoken and deeply passionate about advocating for those whose voices may otherwise go unheard. My experience serving as a Guardian ad Litem showed me firsthand the impact that dedicated advocacy can have, and I am eager to bring that same commitment to supporting the families I will serve in this role.

What are you most excited about in this role?

I am excited about seeing families get what they need to help their children succeed.
