Bio:
I am a proud mom of five—two daughters and three sons—ranging in age from 29 to 3. My family keeps me grounded and motivated, and I love being actively involved in their growth, activities, and school communities.

Professionally, I work as a business consultant, helping entrepreneurs—especially women—develop and grow their brands. I also have experience leading workshops, managing communications, and supporting community engagement initiatives.

In my free time, I enjoy writing, connecting with others, and creating opportunities to make a positive impact. I look forward to bringing this same energy and commitment to my role as a Family Ambassador.

I was inspired to become a Family Ambassador because I believe strong family-school connections make a real difference in student success. As a mom of five, I’ve seen the impact of feeling welcomed and supported in schools, and I want to help other families experience that same sense of inclusion and engagement.

What are you most excited about in this role?

I am most excited about the opportunity to interact with and support both current and new families as they explore and become familiar with the Cumberland County School District. Over the years, I’ve come to know and support this district, and I look forward to helping families feel welcomed, connected, and confident as they navigate their own journeys here.

The whole oldest is 29 youngest is 3 with 3 more Kiddies in between thing is pretty fun I think... LOL Want specifics? 29, 18, 16, 14 and 3 PLUS a 1 year old GRANDson!!

What's one thing you love about being involved with your school community?

Giving families the opportunity to learn how they can support their children throughout their educational experience and beyond the standard school hours.
