Bio:
My name is Tamika James, and I am a mother to my amazing teenager daughter, and a mother to many children that I have cared for over my care child years.

My passion for helping families feel supported and connected inspired me to become a Family Ambassador. As a parent myself, I know how important it is to have strong communication between home and school, and I am excited to be a bridge for that connection.

What are you most excited about in this role?

I am mostly excited to meet new families, share resources, and help build a welcoming school community where every family feels valued and heard.

One of my greatest joys in life is vegetable gardening. I love to watch and see how fast they grow.

What's one thing you love about being involved with your school community?

Seeing families come together to support their children’s education and growth in something I love about being involved in my schools community.
