My name is Kimberly Gales, and I come from a supportive family that has instilled in me the values of kindness and hard work. In my free time, I enjoy actively engaging in church, dancing, listening to music, and bringing joy to others. Professionally, I bring strong skills in customer service, communication, and event planning and coordination. I enjoy collaborating with others, building positive relationships, and creating meaningful experiences that lead to successful outcomes.
What inspired you to become a Family Ambassador?
What inspired me to become a Family Ambassador is my passion for helping others and producing meaningful connections. I truly enjoy supporting families, making them feel welcomed, and ensuring they have the resources and encouragement they need to thrive. My background in customer service, communication, and event coordination has prepared me to build optimistic relationships, while my connection in church and community activities has supported my commitment to serving others with compassion and care. Becoming a Family Ambassador allows me to combine my skills and my heart for people in a role where I can make a long-term impact.
What are you most excited about in this role?
I am most excited about in this role is the opportunity to connect with families, provide support, and create a friendly atmosphere where they feel respected and encouraged.
