Meet J.W. Seabrook Elementary's Family Ambassador!
Bio:
Out of a family of seven children, I am the oldest and consider myself the nurturer of them all. I learned to cook, clean house and babysit my younger siblings. While growing up in a large family, I developed skills centering on communicating and socializing with people of all ages and different backgrounds. In addition, I became independent as I had to assist my parents with making decisions surrounding challenging issues within the family dynamics. My parents taught us to be friendly and supportive of each other. Treating people kind was my parents motto. Stong spiritual values and morals were also implemented in our household. My hobbies incude artwork-painting, drawing, cooking, poetry and dancing. I retired from the Public Works Commission on December 2025. For fourty years (1985-2025), I worked as an administrator in the Electrical Engineering Department. I have a son who is very devoted worker at Goodyear. My discipline is in Sociology where I obtained a master's degree at Fayetteville State University in 2012.
