Bio:
My name is Jovan Bowser, and I’m the proud mom of twins, Jordyn and Josiah. I serve in the U.S. Army Reserve and also work on base here in Fayetteville. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Education, with a focus on creating supportive learning environments that help all students succeed. Our family enjoys staying active with soccer and community activities, and I’m excited to serve as a Family Ambassador to help build stronger connections between families and the school.

I was inspired to become a Family Ambassador because I want to help strengthen the connection between families and the school. As a parent, I believe every family should feel supported, informed, and welcomed in our school community.

I am most excited about building stronger relationships between families and the school. I look forward to creating opportunities for open communication, collaboration, and support that help all students succeed.

Before I was cheering on the sidelines for my twins, I played women’s professional tackle football—and even coached afterward!

What's one thing you love about being involved with your school community?

What I love most about being involved in the school community is staying connected to my children’s world, getting to know their teachers, classmates, and other families while also contributing to making the school a welcoming and supportive place for all families.
