Strategic Planning Process
Cumberland County Schools is leading a community-driven process throughout this school year (2025-2026) to develop a new strategic plan to guide our work and ensure we provide a safe, positive and rigorous learning environment to prepare lifelong learners to reach their maximum potential.
Gray’s Creek Elementary School takes pride in being recognized as the first internationally themed elementary school in Cumberland County Schools. Along with the North Carolina Standard Course of Study, our international focus will offer students, staff, parents, and our community, knowledge of other world regions and cultures, awareness of international and global issues, skills to work effectively in cross-cultural environments, ability to communicate in multiple languages and mutual respect for other cultures and people.
