Within the first 30 days of school beginning, all rising 7th graders must provide an updated immunization record showing they have received:
Meningococcal Conjugate ACWY Vaccine, and
TDAP (Tetanus/Diphtheria/accellular Pertussis) Vaccine.
Failure to provide these records can mean rising 7th graders will be unable to attend school until they do. Vaccines may be obtained at your child's healthcare provider and/or the Cumberland County Health Department.
