Health Assessment Clinics

Save the dates for the upcoming health fair designed to help families with children attending a North Carolina public school for the first time in meeting the state requirement for a health assessment within 30 days of their first day of in-person or virtual attendance. The health assessment days will be held at T.C. Berrien Call Center, 800 North St. Fayetteville, NC 28301 on the dates listed below:

Special Needs Health Assessment Day: Wednesday, July 31 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Year-round Health Assessment Day: Thursday, August 8 from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
District-wide Health Assessment Days: Monday, September 23 and Wednesday, September 25 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
