Music Clubs

All County Chorus 2023 (4^th & 5^th Graders)
The Cumberland County All County Chorus is made up of 4^th & 5^th grade students selected from all of the elementary schools in the county.  Students who participate in chorus in the winter or who are participating in the spring chorus are eligible to participate.  To qualify, students must be strong academically, complete an audition and be able to represent our school during the clinic and concert on March 30^th (Thursday), 2023.  Interested students need to have their parents/ guardians contact Mrs. Gorman  as soon as possible via email tracygorman@ccs.k12.nc.us .

The first after-school rehearsal will take place on Tuesday - Feb. 14th.

 

This group is open to all 4^th & 5^th grade students.  The show will feature music from the 1930’s to the 2000’s.” We will have an interest meeting on Wednesday - February 8th in the music room.  If you are not able to attend the interest meeting please have a parent/guardian contact Ms. Gorman.  You can sign up for the interest meeting using the link on the Performing Arts Newsletter sent out by your teacher. 

 

Ukulele Club (4^th & 5^th Graders)

This group is open to all 4^th & 5^th grade students. 
The ukulele club will meet in the music room after school on designated Thursdays from 3:00-4:15.  Our first meeting will be held this Thursday - Feb. 9th in the music room.   You can sign up for the interest meeting using the link on the Performing Arts Newsletter sent out by your teacher.
