Students enrolled in the following classes for 1st Semester is scheduled to take and End-of-Course exam:

SENIORS: you have until Dec. 8th to order your Cap/Gowns from Jostens.  Use the Cap/Gown link    You MUST have a cap/gown and tassel to walk at graduation!   Cap/Gown/Stole/Tassel only

 

Students are not allowed to use snack/drink machines during class time.

Bus Information

Bus routes have designated stops.  Students will NOT always be picked up/ dropped off in front of their houses (it is very rare that stops are directly in front of houses).  

If you need your bus information, you can view it on PowerSchool.  If you are waiting for a bus assignment, please check your email daily (email will be from Ms. Mitchell).  

 

Student Clubs/Organizations 

HOSA- Future Health Professionals. We are looking forward to another year of community service, leadership conferences, and COMPETITION! HOSA will meet on Tuesday afternoons, after school, from 3:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in room #62. HOSA Membership Form

SRAHEC HEAL Registration  HEAL (Health Education and Aspiring Leaders) 3 one-hour workshop series is being offered this fall to students interested in working in healthcare. 

Interact Club- Next meeting is Thursday, Dec 7th from 3:45-4:15 PM in Mrs. Jurgel’s room 55! Please make sure you schedule a ride home! You can still participate in the club even if you cannot make this meeting, just make sure to email me and keep up with our volunteer projects. Also, your yearly $20 dues for the club are DUE to room 55 either before or after school OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A T-SHIRT OR BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE END OF YEAR FIELD TRIP! You can also pay using SchoolCash Online- Interact Club. Please email me if you paid online as I do not receive notifications for these payments.

FTS STEAM Center - Learn all about 3D design, circuits, and a bit of coding. We meet on Wednesdays after school in the 3D lab (room 28) in the second hall until 5 p.m. If you have questions, email Mr. Blazo or Mr. Thompson. 

  • Learn to design your own 3D objects using professional software, Fusion360

  • Learn to operate 3D printers to make your creations reality

  • Learn to code Arduino microcontrollers to control your own electronic circuits

Athletics

 
You must already have a current physical and Final Forms Account, in order to participate. Eligibility is based on grades and attendance from 2nd semester of last year for students in grades 10-12. Must have a 70 average overall, have taken and passed at least 3 classes, and have no more than 54-period absences. First-time 9th graders are automatically eligible for the fall semester.
 

Any student wishing to participate in school sports must be registered with proper documentation in Final Forms.  The CCS Athletic website is provided at Helpful Links below.

:   To meet athletic eligibility requirements, student-athletes must have been enrolled in three (3) classes in the previous AND current semester, earned a 70% average overall, promoted to the next grade, and not miss more than 54 class periods. No exceptions.
