CCS Requests Vaccination Priority for Staff

The Cumberland County Board of Education has joined the North Carolina School Superintendents' Association in asking Governor Cooper to prioritize educators to receive the vaccine.

This morning, CCS Superintendent Dr. Marvin Connelly, Jr. sent a letter to Gov. Roy Cooper on behalf of the Cumberland County Board of Education, requesting a statewide vaccination priority for all K-12 public education staff, especially classroom teachers, teaching assistants, and student support staff.
