Owen Elementary Uniform Policy for 2022/2023

The Cumberland County School Board has approved the return of uniforms for students at William H. Owen Elementary for the 2022/2023 school year. Students will wear blue, red, or white polo shirts with navy blue, black, or tan pants, shorts, or skirts. Please check out the guidelines in our online school handbook for parents and students.
