Uniform Dress Code Survey


  • In planning for the 2023-2024 school year, Sherwood Park has requested a review of a Board of Education approved Uniform Dress Code.
  • As a component of the process, we are providing the opportunity for key stakeholder feedback.
  • The results from the survey will be used to assist in making plans for the 2023-2024 Uniform Dress Code policy for our school.
  • In alignment with CCS Board Regulation 4316-R2, non-responses to the survey shall be counted as votes in favor of the proposal regarding uniform dress code requirement.

  • The survey should be shared with all stakeholders, to include students, parents, and staff, for submission from October 7, 2022 through October 16, 2022.

  • Participants must submit their survey response no later than October 16, 2022. The survey will stop recording submissions at 11:59 pm on October 16, 2022.
