IDMS Revised schedule for Device Maintenance & Device Damage Fees

REMOTE STUDENTS’ PROTOCOL: Parent's 

 
First Step: Let your child's teacher know of any device issues. Especially if it means they won't be able to attend class until the issue is fixed,

Second Step: Call the CCS help desk  (910) 678-2618 (IMPORTANT: While they are having the issue. The tech may be able to remote in to help resolve the problem, but need to be able to see the problem while it is happening.)

Third Step: Technology will direct you to call the school and schedule a time to exchange damaged device

Fourth Step: A work order for Technology

 

 Available times to schedule Device maintenance :
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

For parents who can not make a morning appointment, please inform the front office staff. We will try our best to accommodate your schedule.

 

IN-PERSON STUDENTS’ PROTOCOL:

Teachers WILL need to email the media coordinator with the students first and last name along with an exact description of the problem.

 


Fines for damaged Chromebooks.

First offense: $50.00
2nd offense: $75.00
3rd offense: $100.00

If the Chromebook is irreparable, you will be charged the full replacement cost of $175.00

*Please note that the above fees also apply to a lost or damaged powercord.

Once your Chromebook has been assessed for damage by the county, you will receive a letter.

Go to School Cash Online . A processing fee will be added.
