Summer Conditioning

Summer conditioning for the following Sports:

 

Football 

Conditioning will begin May 25th from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm on the practice field. Enter by the gym. Please contact Coach Duran McLaurin - duranmclaurin@ccs.k12.nc.us for further information. 

Men's Basketball

Open gym will be held May 25th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the  main gym. Weights/Conditioning will begin May 26th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Please contact Coach Tony Jones - tjjones1331@gmail.com for further information 
 

Women's Basketball

Tues, May 25th and Thurs, May 27th 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the main gym 
Wed, May 26th 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the aux gym 
 
 

Men's Soccer

Skill Development Sessions will be May 25 - 27th from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm on the baseball field. 
Summer Conditioning begins June 22nd on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

Volleyball

Volleyball workouts will begin Wednesday May 26th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the main gym. Please contact Coach Butler for further information - lakellibutler@ccs.k12.nc.us
 
 

 Baseball

Summer baseball conditioning and skill development will be July 26-29 from 9am-10:30am on the baseball field. Bring baseball equipment, water, cleats, and wear pants, not shorts.
