The JBHS SkillsUSA State Competition Team 2022

Congratulations to the Jack Britt SkillsUSA Competition Team! The ten students from Jack Britt departed April 27, 2022 with other students from Cumberland County. These student teams studied and practiced weekly since the fall organization meeting. In Greensboro, the four Jack Britt teams represented the school through two long competitive events  During the awards ceremony, each one of them was called to the stage in front of the over 1,700 attendees and awarded a medal as their team name along with Jack Britt was called and projected on the large screens. The winners of the Jack Britt SkillsUSA Competition Team and their events are:

1st Place --Mechatronics-Afifah Amjad and Luke Frassel

2nd Place-Crime Scene Investigation-Jacinth Francis, DaMary Henderson, and Seanna Shah 

3rd Place-Crime Scene Investigation-Angelina Rosario, Sameer Saqib, and Dylan Wooster, 

3rd Place-Mechatronics- Dylan Given and Aswad Qureshi
