230 Seniors Graduate Confident, Competitive and Life-Ready (Day 1)

Cumberland County Schools (CCS) is proud to announce that 230 seniors received their diplomas during four graduation ceremonies on Thursday, May 26, 2022. Faculty, staff and students from Massey Hill Classical (MHCHS), Cumberland International Early College (CIECHS), Cumberland Polytechnic (CPHS), and Cross Creek Early College (CCECHS) and their guests gathered in the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville, NC.

Summer Meals Program

Meals will be served in the CAFETERIAS at the schools and in a designated space inside the participating recreation centers. Based on Federal Requirements, meals must be consumed inside the cafeterias, there will be NO to-go plates. The USDA waiver that allowed meals to be taken 'to go' ends on the last day of school, so 'to-go' meals are no longer allowed.

Last month, Theatre Arts students from Douglas Byrd High School (DBHS) and a Spanish-immersion student from Howard Hall Elementary School (HHES) participated in the Tri-annual Fayetteville Regional Airport Disaster Drill.
