Carson Phipps, CTE Coordinator is Awarded Honorary State FFA Degree

Congratulations to Carson Phipps, Cumberland County Schools' (CCS) Career and Technical Education (CTE) coordinator, who was recently selected by the NC Future Farmers of America (FFA) Board of Directors to receive the highest degree the North Carolina FFA can award—the Honorary State FFA Degree.
