Cumberland County Schools (CCS) is conducting an anonymous survey to obtain information regarding the number of our premier professionals who have been able to access the COVID19 Vaccine. This data will be utilized to help us determine the number of staff who have been able to obtain the vaccine and will allow us to use data to advocate for wider vaccine availability. We ask that all staff take this survey after receiving the first dose of the vaccine.
