Baldwin Elementary School will ensure that every child leaves our school with a lifelong love of learning, prepared for academic success, and being a positive member of the global community.

Respectful–-treat others the way you want to be treated, collaborate with others in a positive manner, mute microphone when needed, use proper netiquette
Optimistic—be positive with others, ask questions, engage in your learning, set daily and weekly goals, create a distraction free learning space
Accountable—log-in on time daily, complete all assignments, participate in class discussions and group work, communicate with your teacher
Responsible—follow classroom expectations and the student code of conduct at all times, use feedback for improvement and seek help when needed, come prepared each day
