This Cumberland County student platform provides students with access to their online learning resources, assignments and grades. It also provides access to SuccessMaker and Envision math. Students will login using their lunch number and a password provided by their teacher.

Duolingo offers interactive practice and exposure to a second language. Students receive the opportunity to speak, read, write and listen to language using this interactive platform. Spanish immersion teachers that use this program will provide students with a login.

Epic is a digital reading platform—built on a collection of 40,000+ popular, high-quality books that safely fuels curiosity and reading confidence for kids 12 and under. Parents may subscribe, but many teachers will provide a classroom code to join for free.

Flocabulary is a library of songs, videos and activities for K-12 online learning. Students will have a log in from their teacher to access specific resources and tools.

Students practice at their own pace, first filling in gaps in their understanding and then accelerating their learning. This resource has practice in reading and math. Many teachers will create a login for their students.

NC Wise Owl
NC Wiseowl is a collection of databases, ebooks, and websites paid for by the state of NC for public school children. There are the Britannica and Grolier databases that include dictionaries, encyclopedias, video, and magazine articles. Searchasaurus and other databases to search science and social studies topics. Learning Zone games for k-2 to play and learn from.

Nearpod offers real-time insights into student understanding through interactive lessons, interactive videos, gamification, and activities. Students will need a code or a link from their teacher to join.
