The Core Values of South View Middle School are those values we hold which form the foundation on which we perform our work and conduct ourselves. They represent our deeply held beliefs, our highest priorities, and what is truly important to our school. These are not values that change from time to time, situation to situation, or person to person, but rather they are the underpinning of our school culture.
Accountability: It is our intention and obligation to account for our activities, accept responsibility for them, and to disclose the results in a transparent manner.
Integrity: We will strictly adhere to a moral code, reflected in transparent honesty and complete harmony in what one thinks, says, and does.
Mr. David Simmons, Athletic Director
Respect: Our faculty, staff, and students have a deep admiration for others elicited by their abilities, qualities, and/or achievements and due regard for the feelings, wishes, rights, and/or traditions of others.
Teamwork: At South View Middle School, we will cooperate and work collaboratively with groups of people in order to achieve a goal.
Student Oriented: All children can and will learn through differentiated instruction in the South View Middle School group educational setting.
