Hello Cub Family!

It is with great eagerness and enthusiasm that I continue my role of Principal at Cumberland Mills Elementary School. As an instructional leader, I believe that high levels of learning and growth for all students will occur by creating positive relationships through authentic connections.  I strive to work together to foster a culture where all students are successful and meet their highest potential.  I am committed to continual improvement because our students deserve the best every day.

It is with great joy and enthusiasm to serve as an Assistant Principal at Cumberland Mills Elementary.  

As an instructional leader, I believe that all students will grow and learn in authentic learning environments and build positive relationships.  I believe that fostering a safe, caring, and rigorous learning environment is the key to academic and behavioral success for every student. Together with Mrs. McDowell and our staff of compassionate educators, it is our heartbeat to work in a spirit of excellence to empower our students to achieve their very best.
