Currently, 175 students in grades K-5 attend the Lillian Black Elementary School, which is nestled in the heart of Spring Lake, NC. The following plans were shared:
- Plan A - Reassign all Lillian Black Elementary School to W.T. Brown Elementary School;
- Plan B - Reassign all Lillian Black Elementary School and the southern-most portion of Manchester Elementary School to W.T. Brown Elementary School; or
- Plan C - Reassign all Lillian Black Elementary School, the southern-most portion of Manchester Elementary School and T.C. Berrien Elementary School to W.T. Brown Elementary School.
