Prime Time Site Director
Provides leadership in developing, organizing, implementing, and coordinating the Prime Time program at the assigned school site. Supervises and provides guidance to assigned school staff. Maintains all policies of the Cumberland County Schools Board of Education, Prime Time, and the State of North Carolina Licensure rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 21 years of age and a high school graduate
- Three years of experience working with school-aged children
- One year of supervisory experience is preferred
- Must qualify as a Program Coordinator with the North Carolina Department of Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE) by completing EDU 119
Hours: Part-Time
20-27.5 hours per week
Starting pay: $15.00/hour
*Staff will earn one sick day and one annual leave day per month.

Prime Time Group Leader
Assists the Site Director with the implementation of the before and after school program through planning and organizing, evaluating and developing activities, preparing materials and keeping accurate records. Works cooperatively with the Site Director to fulfill children's curriculum for the program while maintaining all policies of the Cumberland County Schools Board of Education, Prime Time and the State of North Carolina Licensure rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- A high school graduate
- Experience with school-age children preferred
Hours: Part-Time
20-27.5 hours per week
Starting pay: $15.00/hour
*Staff will earn one sick day and one annual leave day per month.
