  • WELCOME TO SVHS!

The South View High School community is a thriving community where our students are inspired by dedicated teachers and mentors to reach their highest potential each and every day. Our rigorous academic, arts and athletic programs are coupled with a strong support system, where students are well known, challenged and cared for by our faculty throughout their day.

South View High School offers amazing opportunities for all students, including two academies: the International Baccalaureate Academy (IB) and the Academy of Public Safety. Our Career and Technical Department offers the Adobe Academy Program and courses that lead to sixteen different career pathways.

The athletic program at South View is unmatched not only in the county, region and state but also on a national level. The South View Athletic Department is so much more than the thirty-seven different teams playing sports.

South View also has one of the largest and strongest Cultural Arts Departments in Cumberland County. Our Tiger Marching Band has a large membership and receives numerous awards and invitations to perform across the country.  South View also has an outstanding Dance, Chorus, Orchestra, Art and Theater Arts program.

I invite you to get to know the heart of this remarkable community: our students and teachers. For more information about what South View High School has to offer, please click on Our Activities page. Go Tigers!
