Title VI Office of Indian Education
The mission of the Title VI Office of Indian Education (OIE) is to support the efforts of targeted schools to meet the unique educational and culturally related academic needs of American Indians and Alaska Natives (AI/AN) so that these students can achieve to the same challenging state standards as all students.

This redesign is a critical step in supporting each Tribe’s capacity to educate future generations of students who are prepared for college and a career and know and value their heritage.” – Bureau of Indian Education Director Monty Roessel.
The office of Indian Education provides services to students K-12 to include: attendance monitoring, academic enrichment, financial assistance with SAT and college applications and NASA club for high school students.
