Staff and students are expected to utilize the e-mail system for school related business. Instructional uses include classroom communication via e-mail or in real time with experts around the world. Administrative uses include calendars/and school business communications between the schools, state purchasing, and outside resources.

Use of this system by any user, authorized or unauthorized, constitutes consent to monitor, intercept, and record, read, copy, or capture, and disclose any data on the CCS' system. The CCS' network system is provided for the processing of official CCS' Information and Educational purposes only.
