Cross Creek Early College High School Wins First Innovator Award

   

Governor Easley honored the Cross Creek Early College High School (CCECHS) as the first recipient of the Innovator Award.  Selected from 42  Learn and Earn high schools across the state, CCECHS was recognized for  its success preparing all students for college, careers and life.  In a ceremony on Thursday, April 10, representatives of the Cumberland County Board of Education, Fayetteville State University, and CCS Central Administration were present as Melinda Vickers, principal, accepted the award.
